Yesterday, June 13, its opened the 92rd edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo, the most interesting internationally men’s fashion (six hundred thousand square feet of beautiful ideas), in which, divided into macro areas and categories, you can find everything, but really everything, what should be in the man’s wardrobe … (an ELEGANT wardrobe).

The theme of this season is the macroscopic, colorful, vitaminic flowers “BOOM, PITTI BLOOMS”, which transmit and convey energy, optimism and creativity. These floral patterns flutter on giant scarves, on pillows, fans, sneakers, shopper, and so on. Creating irresistible color spots. We need so much positivity, we hope these blossoms will be messaged.

As I always photographed things that seemed to me very interesting. Unfortunately one or two posts are not enough to mention the many beautiful things seen in Fortezza, however these listed are really worth the effort.

DOMREBEL Montreal. Brand founded in 2003 by two frinds students, Justin Svatina and Don Nguyen, with $ 350 in the home garage. Today their garments are worn by Rihanna, Guns N ‘Roses, U2, etc., present in 38 countries in 350 stores. I find beautiful graphics and chromaticities, as well as irony and wild touch in every product.

THE GIGI. Project by Pierluigi (“Gigi”) and Mario Boglioli, historical acquaintances of elegance and male tailoring. Collection that impressed me because in its apparent simplicity (excellent materials), conceals unexpected eccentricities, but not less pleasing.

UNSCENT GLOVE LOVERS. A project that combines high perfumery with really special leather gloves. I met and talked to the creator of these wonders, Thomasine Barnekow, a pretty girl with incredible talent. Her gloves were published in the most prestigious magazines, worn by stars, used for works and theatrical performances such as the Paris Opera, in cinemas with caliber director as Luc Besson. It was delicious, I did not imagine she was so famous, yet Once talented people are often also very simple and humble.

MASTER OF CASUAL e LELIEVRE Paris. The casual and comfortable footwear of the American West Coast, meet a French institution in furnishing fabrics. Easy and Chic are complemented by creating a really interesting collection. Shoes of the same shape, change the uppers, the result is surprising since they look like thousands of collections.

The first part of this beautiful journey is completed in the male universe through Pitti Immagine Uomo. Hundreds of events in the city, confirm Florence as the capital of men’s fashion.
