Here is the second part of the beautiful fair Pitti Filati … with the trends of the space research and my mood ….
The Space Research at Pitti Filati 77 celebrated with MAKE IT, theme and title of this season, the concept of manual skills and crafts. Stressing that objects served humanity to evolve survived the time. Objects not only (or often) of design, precious and important, but ordinary, everyday objects, by which we celebrate a trade, often handmade.
The motto was “Nothing is thrown, everything is repaired.” Under the artistic direction of designer Angelo Figus and knitwear expert Nicola Miller, the exhibition was curated by Alessandro Moradei.
I reinterpreted the 10 themes with images and sketches, highlighting the beautiful and always amazing proposals for knitting yarn from the exhibitors.

I think that as a good plate of food, even for the greatest chef in the world, it is difficult to achieve something special without excellent raw materials.
