This time the occasion is a beautiful exhibition that I had the privilege of seeing together with the master himself: CAPUCCI Dionysiac, drawings for the theater. Firenze Gallerie degli Uffizi &#8211; Palazzo Pitti &#8211; Andito degli Angiolini.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The review consisted of 72 large-format paper works that revealed an unusual and unprecedented Capucci. In fact, in addition to knowing him and admiring him internationally for its beautiful creations of women&#8217;s high fashion, here it was discovered in a phantasmagorical and dreamlike repertoire of ribbons, polka dots, feathers, headgear, helmets, etc. all harmoniously defined in the stroke and in the chromatism, in the imagination and in the unpredictability, that Capucci realizes, transforms and makes magic.<\/p>\n<p>A set of &#8220;follies&#8221;, as Capucci himself states, and which not by chance chose to present in Florence, the city that saw him make his debut in 1951 with a surprise fashion show in the context of the First Italian High Fashion Show organized by marquis Giorgini. Event that has seen participate, consecrate and, as in the case of Capucci, debut, the biggest names in Italian fashion, pioneers of what only a few decades later will be called &#8220;Made in Italy&#8221;, a concept linked to fashion but also to a more high and complete status that defines creativity, excellence, the well done, recognized in Italy and appreciated all over the exhibition, Capucci Dionisiaco, is suggested by the mysterious and ambiguous character that characterizes the male costumes present. A gallery of multiform figures and the many metamorphoses that appear to transfigure the myth of Dionysus, the divinity of wine but also of theater and scenic representation accompanied by music and the ineffable and uninhibited character of his chameleonic procession.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beatricebrandini.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/24-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
