Mood Summer Pastel by Beatrice Brandini<\/b><\/p>\n

The largest event in men’s fashion has started and will begin all the presentations of textiles and accessories for Spring Summer 2025.<\/p>\n

I start with my mood boards, created specifically for the Spring – Summer 2025 fair.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

WAVE <\/i>– <\/b>Sailor mood. Stripes, an explosion of all shades of blue to feel a bit like a captain but above all the sailors of Querelle de Brest<\/i><\/b>, an unforgettable film by Fassbinder. It’s a deconstructed, comfortable look, with vintage accents like old sailor jackets.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Camel & Orange<\/i> – <\/b>Two very beautiful shades for the summer, amazing when paired together. It can be a simple t-shirt or a very light cashmere thread sweater to create a very sophisticated ensemble. To feel like you are in Tangier even in Riccione.<\/p>\n

Despite a not exactly peaceful period, which we have been repeating for some time now, because when there are no natural disasters (see Covid), it is man who puts his own spin on it, the Pitti Immagine Uomo<\/i><\/b> event exudes energy from every pore. Starting from the Pitti Lemon<\/i><\/b> claim, a theme that embraces taste and color, but also vital energy, in the Fortezza there are many foreigners, and, even if the numbers are no longer what they used to be, the visitors are the right ones, that is, buyers, designers, journalists; few do-nothings looking for their five minutes of popularity.<\/p>\n

As always I photographed the things that seemed interesting to me, there were many more in truth, but time is always the tyrant, so this is an overview, hopefully stimulating, of what we will see in SS 2025.<\/p>\n

(Always) DENIM<\/i> <\/b>– Denim is increasingly worked and deconstructed like any fabric, but also increasingly protagonist. The almost couture interpretations that have now cleared it and transformed it into luxury are beautiful.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Summer Pastel <\/i><\/b>– There will be many pastel colors for next summer too. Faded, dusty, feminine, vintage\u2026 The look will be unstructured and easy, but also elegant and sophisticated. The key is all in the nuances, see Zegna’s wonderful proposal for the current summer.<\/p>\n

The Scandinavian Manifesto<\/i><\/b> selection is very interesting: for several editions Pitti Uomo has brought with it the most innovative fashion research of the Nordic scene in the Scandinavian Manifesto<\/i><\/b> project, one of Pitti Immagine’s most consolidated international collaborations. A selection of brands resulting from the partnership between Pitti Uomo<\/b> and Ciff,<\/i><\/b> the leading trade fair platform for Scandinavian fashion brands in Copenhagen.<\/p>\n

HENRIK VIBSKOV<\/i><\/b> \u2013 The first Scandinavian designer featured in the official program of Paris Fashion Week, Henrik Vibskov is known for his playful and avant-garde interpretation of ready-to-wear. Beautiful texture.<\/p>\n

ISNURH <\/i><\/b>– Irony and original, the Copenhagen-based brand focuses on quality fabrics made with integrity to create easy-to-wear pieces. Designing responsibly and considering the well-being of the supply chain and the planet are priorities.<\/p>\n

RUE DE TOKYO<\/i> <\/b>– A meeting point of two aesthetics, the brand combines Japanese attention to detail and craftsmanship with a sense of French elegance in timeless and sophisticated collections in natural and organic fabrics.<\/p>\n

ARKK COPENHAGEN<\/i><\/b> \u2013 The ARKK Q1\/25 collection is a dynamic mix of retro aesthetics and contemporary style. It aims to present a proposal faithful to the brand’s DNA by exploring new territories, consolidated by the high-tech factor and the need for comfort that plays a role in every project.<\/p>\n

NIKBEN<\/i> <\/b>\u2013 A brand that has never stopped since the beginning, when friends Nik and Ben launched a Resort capsule inspired by sunny holiday destinations. Today, the diverse spirits of California culture and updated travel trends shape the collections into an expanded wardrobe for fashionable globetrotters.<\/p>\n

Stefano Ricci<\/i> <\/b>– Brand who has made Italian excellence and luxury his mantra. Stefano Ricci’s men are wonderfully elegant, a word that unfortunately we have forgotten, ELEGANCE, but which we really need!<\/p>\n

Borsalino<\/i><\/b> – When we talk about Borsalino we mean the hat par excellence, a bit like when we talked about cassette players and called Walkman, or inline skates which were only called Rollerblade. If you want to describe a beautiful hat you can only say BORSALINO<\/i><\/b>. An apotheosis of wonder at Pitti!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Paul & Shark<\/i><\/b> – a marine mood that never fades and which becomes, season after season, more sophisticated and wearable. The stand was a very beautiful tableau.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Luigi Bianchi <\/i><\/b>– Excellent quality suits and jackets. All Made in Italy. The collection is also enriched with a “Made to measure” tailoring service. A brand that has 112 years of history and if it has stoically resisted so much, there must be a reason!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Rafa Lanfranco<\/i> <\/b>– An artist in the true sense of the word. An amazing line and anyone who knows me, or knows my son, knows that I would have purchased everything in bulk. His characters, called Perujis (Peru + Emojis) populate a world made up of saints, nuns, stars, or simply grannies, and they are all beautiful. I was lucky enough to personally meet Rafa who told me the whole story, confirming that a lot of creativity often also corresponds to a lot of humanity. We will hear a lot about him.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Gran Sasso<\/i><\/b> – A family that has dedicated its life to quality and excellent knitwear. Products made by hand with high craftsmanship techniques.<\/p>\n

I’ll stop here but in the next few days I will publish more of the amazing men’s fashion seen at Pitti Uomo Nr. 106.<\/p>\n
