BYGGE at Pitti Bimbo<\/b><\/p>\n

Pitti Bimbo also concluded with over 4,000 visitors. The important thing is that most of them were buyers, with a foreign share of about 50%. I believe that today, more than ever, the quality of those who come to a fair is more important than the number itself, a very positive sign for the immediate future.<\/p>\n

The fair was shared with Pitti Filati; the children’s section was in the upper pavilion, a smaller area, as in the previous edition. Despite this, I can say with absolute certainty that the quality of the exhibitors was very high. Stylistic innovation, creativity, and a commitment to offering materials, fits, and textures that are always innovative but also sustainable.<\/p>\n

Because, as Mrs. Miuccia Prada said very honestly a few days ago, we can’t be hypocritical. The textile industry pollutes because it uses dyes and finishes, for example, that by their very nature cannot be natural. The important thing is to find new solutions so that production processes have an increasingly less aggressive impact on the environment. A strategy that must above all be shared by consumers is to BUY LESS but BUY BETTER.<\/p>\n

Bobo Choses <\/b>is a relatively young brand (founded in 2008) with the aim of creating clothing suitable for children and that speaks their language. The display here at Pitti was beautiful, fun, and modern, sparking a lot of curiosity\u2014a difficult mission, but one that Bobo Choses accomplished with flying colors.<\/p>\n

KIKO + & GG<\/b> is a Japanese wooden toy brand. Founded by two designers, Kaz and Novi, their toys are not only unique but also eco-friendly. Their great strength lies in transforming disposable plastic toys into something that will last longer. These wooden telephones with a retro feel are delightful.<\/p>\n

AMBOSSTOYS<\/b> With a PhD in Neuroscience, Elisha Ruesch has combined her academic skills with a deep passion for vintage vehicles. The other part of the company is Nguyen, who graduated from the university with a Master of Fine Arts.\u00a0The duo’s journey began in the world of classic vehicle restoration, with a love for vehicles produced before 1970. Their Zurich-based company gained recognition for its specialized sales and meticulous restoration, establishing a reputation for quality and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

HolzWald<\/b>, these wonderful little animals, with rounded and smooth edges, crafted from the highest-quality wood, were created in Georgia (Tbilisi) in 1997. Two friends are now exporting their little dream all over the world.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

MINI RODINI, <\/b>this brand, which creates clothes for curious and lively children (often in tandem), is always a delight. The clothes feature prints inspired by nature, art, and pop culture.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

MILK Magazine<\/b>. When I think of a magazine featuring children’s clothing, I can’t help but think of MILK, whose photos capture children in shots that seem to have a lot of fun. Nothing artificial, just naturalness and spontaneity.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

MOU<\/b>, handmade shoes made from natural fibers, for young explorers, nomads, and ecologists. The workmanship is artisanal, for a comfortable and very pleasant result.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

BYGGE<\/b> multifunctional maxi blocks. Created in Germany, they are clearly safe, but creative and stimulating, with them the possibility of inventing and inventing parallel worlds never ends, characterized by a single word: JOY!<\/p>\n

This new formula seems to be a winning one; the numbers at these shows are showing a slight recovery. Exhibitors and organizers are stoically still there and are enjoying, if not excellent health, a slow but optimistic recovery. After COVID, geopolitical crises, tariffs, and who knows what else, we can only applaud them.<\/p>\n

The next Pitti Bimbo will be June 24th and 25th, and everyone is ready to admire more beauty, creativity, and joy.<\/p>\n
