The works on display are historical and recent works, among these Void Pavillion VII (2023), specifically designed for the Renaissance courtyard of the Palace, in which the space itself becomes a concave and convex place, in which the visitor will be pervaded by restlessness, inviting us to seek the truth beyond appearances.

In Kapoor’s art the unreal mixes with the untrue, the artist takes us by the hand and wants to tell us, not too delicately, that the boundaries between the true and the false are not distant, and the means he uses to tell us his poetics and his message are of strong impact. Pigment, stone, steel, wax and silicone, to name just some of the materials with which he works, which he manipulates, hits, smoothes, treats, become fluid, visceral, expanded, or illusory like the series of mirror works.
