“Creative wool” by Beatrice Brandini

Continue the journey inside Pitti Filati, where you can get lost among colors, yarns, beautiful creations, but above all, where you can figure out where we lead the fashion next summer.

It takes from the magnificent concept of the Spazio Ricerca at Pitti Filati, the work of Angelo Figus and Nicola Miller, in which complete outfits and knit points scored for each topic presented, are always the most beautiful and creative. Continues with the theme TRAVEL and TRAVELERS.

“THE SWAP”. The “homexchange” spirit has completely revolutionized the way we travel. Leave home to find the home; traveling experiencing a new reality, fully immersed in the new culture and not a tourist / viewer. The yarns reflect this spirit, characterizing of designs, colors, different processes and often mixed together. Belgian linen blends with silk India, the Australian wool with American cotton …

“THE TENT”. The journey in a tent to live fully with the surrounding nature. But the journey of these new adventurers will be characterized by comfort and elegance. A little how nobles who were leaving for exotic safari with trunks and luxurious equipment early last century. The knitwear is luxurious, with camouflage effects, material, shading. Fibers such as cotton and hemp.

Knit comfortable, easy, street. sports styles like tank tops, sweatshirts, shorts. Stretch yarn and shiny synthetic fibers such as polyester, or natural and opaque as the cotton mercerized.

OLIVO FILATI. For some seasons the magnificent kimonos, made with their beautiful yarns, were the protagonists of the stand; we walked in and it seemed to be in the East, evocative poetry. This season the tribal robes you catapulted elsewhere, preserving, or perhaps surpassing, creativity, beauty and elegance.

Also for this edition of Pitti Immagine Filati, Dyloan Studio presents and coordinates the fifth edition of the project MODA FUTURIBILE, focused on synergies and innovation. The project MODA FUTURIBILE is a way of designing fashion in a transversal way, embracing the principles of expertise, traceability, transparency, technology, ethics, experimentation and territorial link.

Always interesting especially for the choice of designers, this time it was Alberto Zambelli, creator of its beautiful line of pret-a-porter. Investigator of unpublished materials provided at minimal lines, very elegant.
