Entrance GAMC
In Viareggio, one of the nicest beaches and famous cities thanks to distinguished guests that over time there have stayed there (among many Eleonora Duse, Giacomo Puccini, Guglielmo Marconi, Thomas Mann, Paul Klee …), there is a beautiful museum-gallery, the GAMC (Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea Lorenzo Viani), in which fifteen rooms, divided by theme and historical period, collect more than three hundred works of incredible importance. Light teaches Club Flamingo
“Black Pink” by Beatrice Brandini
I always loved the pink flamingo, animal by slender and elegant structure as well as its “logo” that cyclically is taken in the summer loan. In the collective imagination (in my definitely) it is something that has to do with the holidays so with relaxation, the carefree (is a very American 50’s symbol), the joy of living. But also with the continuous search for balance (for its slender legs) and the class, especially in the way that moves the neck. Read more

“Asia” by Beatrice Brandini
It ended also this edition of Pitti Filati, the last, chronologically, between the three magnificent fairs organized by Pitti Immagine. Some people will think that I use words like these because I’m biased, because I’m from Florence or be in some “cute” way with the organizers to me is easier. All wrong and who knows me knows. This site was born out of passion, my immense passion for fashion and for everything that is beautiful, serious, creative, professional, interesting … it connects to it. Ad nothing, nothing “hustler”, no selfies or anything else. I speak well of Pitti because every time get in these fairs, see how transformed the city, such as (important) events are organized, can only make me express in terms more than enthusiastic. Italy has some flaws, but we are especially us Italians, at times, the biggest problem of our country, always critical, never united, cohesive rarely, some professors in each field … instead of recognizing and enhancing the merit that should be natural, as well as a habit. “Beauty” by Beatrice Brandini
It is closed the most important (and beautiful!) Exhibition of clothing and accessories for children (now also design and 360° projects) with optimistic data and confidence despite market uncertainty (what will happen after the release of the UK Euro ?!).
The fashion seen these days at the show was so creative, well done, in a nutshell, interesting … that if a market will have a little bit of flex, there will be another emerging downturn that will compensate … because it will be impossible “to ignore” these creations … so much love was distributed and taken to them ….
